to the Gourmet Cheese web site where you will find information about
a wide range of speciality cheeses and some delicious recipes to
whet your appetite. The site has been developed by members of
the Provision Trade Federation (PTF) Speciality Cheese Section and
members of the Speciality Cheese Information Bureau (SCIB) to enable
you to enjoy a wonderful range of cheeses to the full. Via the links on the left you can search
for various delicious cheeses, read a description of each and link
to mouth-watering recipes using each cheese. Alternatively, you
can go straight to the list of recipes. Further links provide nutrition
and other general information about cheese and details of the suppliers
of each cheese featured.
