Bacon Wrapped Prunes with Valmont Bleu D'Auvergne

Method

  1. Make a slit in French pitted prunes and fill in with diced Valmont Bleu d’Auvergne then wrap in stretched pieces of streaky bacon.
  2. Grill until golden and serve on tiny rounds of toast.
